Standard Rates:

Flat $120 Trip Fee
Typically smaller one-off tasks that can be completed in less than one hour with moderate skill -
Hourly Rate (After First Hour): $80/hour
*If needed, each extra worker is $60 the hour.
Included in the Price
Professional handyman(s), all necessary tools and equipment, and setup.
Additional Notes
* Parking fees may apply depending on your location
Material Runs & Procurement
If a trip is required to purchase materials (e.g., from Home Depot), time spent is billed at the standard hourly rate.
All materials purchased during the job (e.g., from Home Depot or other suppliers) must be reimbursed immediately upon delivery or with the final invoice, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
